In 2017, Kethüda went on to establish Türkiye’s first esport platform, Flank Esports, which was acquired by FUT Ventures 2021.

Kethüda has been named on Fortune’s 40 Under 40 List, an annual crowning of the youngest and most visionary leaders in Türkiye, for the forth time. Fortune’s 40 Under 40 List rates professionals under the age of 40 across a global set of criteria, including their distinctive talents, leadership qualities, and ability to leave their comfort zone in the pursuit of gaining new experiences. Kethüda was also featured in the list in recognition of his outstanding achievement in the fields of entrepreneurship, digital transformation, and e-sports. He was selected to the “30 Under 30” list by Forbes in 2020. In 2015, 2016 and 2017, Efe ranked first person among the 20 promising people in the Fortune Magazine's “40 Leaders Under 40” list. In 2016, he won an award with the KTH Event Agency in the list of Europe's Top 100 Companies organized by Red Herring.

Flank Esports received R&D support from TUBITAK in its first year, and was the only Turkish startup selected for Cannes Lions in 2017. Also, Flank Esports was selected for the ”100 Most Successful Startup Lists” in 2018 and Forbes 50 List 2019.

Efe Kethüda played professional basketball for many years and won the second place as a National Team player in “Youth World Table Tennis Championship” held in China. Kethüda is a VDWS International windsurf instructor, expert diver, rally pilot and classic car collector. He was in the second place in the H1 category in 2019 Turkey Rally Championship. Efe Kethüda, who is also interested in history science and ancient coins, received a collecting certificate in 2019.

He is a mentor in Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation, Yeni1Lider, HUG and Coronathon Türkiye. He is a member of Founders Pledge, Leaders for Climate Action, Turkey Classic Automobile Club, German Water Sports Association, AGB Equestrian Team, Kalamış Sailing Club and The Bodrum Cup Committee.
